Very service minded, she had to make a detour to meet up with me which is much appreciated. Also wasn't stressed and held overall a good tone regarding payment etc. Speaks good english as well. Only concern was that she wasn't all "into it with" me that particular day, but other than that I was really satisfied with Monica and her really good service. She takes good care of her customers, and I hope I will cross paths with her again, highly recommend!
